ChutingStar has a detailed return and exchange policy. They accept most items back for a full or partial refund, depending on the original item, its condition, and the timeliness of the return. Items that have been used, damaged, or purchased more than 90 days ago are not accepted for returns or exchanges.

For returns, stock items (except parachutes or containers) can be returned within 90 days of the original purchase date. Full refunds are granted when stock merchandise is returned within 90 days in original condition along with all product packaging and parts. Partial refunds may be available for stock items returned with missing packaging, parts, damage, or wear and tear. This is usually 20%, so 80% of the original value is refunded.

For exchanges, merchandise returned for an exchange will require the original invoice and/or name and order number along with a completed Exchange/Return Form.
